Morning recommendation:
You need:
* Blender
* Knife
* Spoon
Fruit:
* Big pear (sweet one)
* Kiwi
* Passion fruit (make sure that it's round and purple)
* Banana (1/2)
* Linseed
* Orange juice (<1dl)
Get rid of all the shells, cut it into pieces into the blender. Turn it on! Use a sweet giant pear and you wont need any sugar or sweetner. This will give you a yellow/greenish smoothie about 3-4 dl.
